Join leading wellness coach Richie Norton at The Pop-Up Hotel

We’re thrilled to announce that Richie Norton will run an exclusive wellness and fitness session for guests at the Pop-Up Hotel during Glastonbury week.

Richie is a leading coach who has worked with the likes of music star Gary Barlow, and now our guests can find out exactly why his classes and teaching are so sought after.

As well as being a welcome guest, Richie is putting on a session as part of our partnership with the brilliant Soul Circus, who are running our spa and wellness facilities.

Glastonbury festival-goers may have a reputation for being party animals, but increasingly, visitors want to balance watching the shows and partying with looking after themselves and recharging their batteries.

Our Soul Circus collaboration will be a heavenly retreat for our guests, who enjoy the peace and quiet, not to mention comfort, of the Pop-Up Hotel, which is just a ten-minute stroll from the festival site.

Getting Richie is a real coup; guests can sign up for his sessions for just £25 (+ £1.50).

Titled Breathe. Move. Restore, lucky guests will be taught the magic powers of breathwork to lift their mood and energy and improve sleep and recovery. Then, they transition to mindful movement sessions to help unlock stiff bodies, mobilise joints, stretch and free the mind of jumbled distractions.

Explore your entire range of movement while working through a full body practice, undergoing foundational yoga and fun mobility exercises that will leave you recharged, connected, and ready to tackle another full-on day.

These sessions are the perfect antidote to the noise and exhilaration of the Glastonbury Festival. Again, you don’t want to miss out, so book your space on Richie’s sessions or any other of the Pop-Up Hotel Soul Circus treatments and wellness sessions here.

About Richie Norton

Formerly a professional rugby player, Richie turned the disappointment of on-field injury into a new journey to become a master coach and personal trainer for the elite.

He is much sought after, and his clientele reads more like a celebrity A-list, including the likes of Gary Barlow, Orlando Bloom, Fearne Cotton and Joe Wicks. As well as private clients, he’s worked with brands like Fiit, Jeep, New Balance, Red Bull, Speedo, Triumph, The North Face and AXA PPP Healthcare.

Richie is an XPT Life Master Coach, and his bespoke training methods are a fusion of meditation practices, callisthenics, capoeira and, of course, yoga.

Because he can’t take on endless personal clients from his base in rural Wales, Richie built his Vibe Tribe community online and launched his book Lift Your Vibe.

With such an impressive CV, guests at the Pop-Up Hotel at Glastonbury 2023 are in for a real treat.

Spa and Wellness at Glasto

Richie’s sessions are just part of a much broader offering from Soul Circus at the Pop-Up Hotel this year. Guests can enjoy a boutique spa and wellness experience.

There are hot tubs, saunas, and a tempting list of treatments, from massages and reflexology to reiki and facials. There are group sessions, on top of the ones offered by Richie, and a plethora of hair and beauty treatments.

It’s an exciting offering and the ideal way to wind down from a hectic day at Glastonbury before getting ready to do it all again.

If you’re already staying with us at the Pop-Up Hotel, you can head to the Soul Circus website to book a spa or treatment session. Or you can click here for late Pop-Up Hotel Glastonbury availability.
