Glastonbury is almost upon us, we are super excited to be in the field building an extra special Pop-Up Hotel for this year's festival.

We have a limited number of rooms remaining so get in touch if you’re looking for an extra special stay this year.

Our accommodation offers stylish rooms with proper beds (some en-suite), a restaurant and bar,a multi treatment spa and, back by popular demand this year, our full-sized pool! Based off-site, a 10-minute flat walk to gate D, our site is described by guests as a ‘haven away from the festival’. Bar, Restaurants and Pool

Blacks, the famous Soho private members club, will be bringing the spirit, service and fun times of their wild & wonderful club to the hotel, bar restaurants and pool area for Glastonbury 2022. This will include catering by celebrity chef and author Luke Thomas, cocktails from ‘the den at Blacks’ and a rolling programme of live music and DJ sets.

From breakfast through to late night, you’ll find a new culinary refuge where the best local produce will be sourced to create exciting new tastes and contemporary takes on comfort food. Start the day at our Bloody Mary bar and pair with a delicious brunch plate to get you ready for a day at the festival.

Afternoons at the hotel will be scheduled with DJ’s & live-performances from the pool bar, to accompany the all-day menu dining. The weekend will bring Ibiza themed brunches and guest chefs will be hosting exclusive dinners matched with drinks & live music too.

Where is the site?
We are a 10 minute flat walk to festival gate D. Click to see map

Do you provide shuttles?
We don’t I’m afraid – this is because the majority of shuttles drop off at Bronze gate which then involves a walk, similar in distance to the one from our door to festival gate D.

Can you pick me up from the coach station?
Unfortunately not – we recommend you get in a taxi at the taxi rank and book your return taxi for Sunday night / Monday morning well in advance (not during the festival).

Can I request a tent in a certain area or next to friends who are also staying at The Pop-Up Hotel?
Rooms of the same type (e.g. Deluxe rooms) booked as one reservation will definitely be sited together. Rooms of the same type, under separate bookings, should both make the request under ‘guest requests’ when booking and we’ll do our best to site you together. Rooms which are different types can be requested to be together but, because of the way we lay the site out, it isn’t always possible. Guests should make the request and we’ll always try our best. Requests to be close / far from central areas / facilities should be made in the same way.

Can I reserve a room without a deposit?
A 50% deposit is required to reserve a room.

Will I get my deposit back if I don’t get a ticket?
You would get 50% of your deposit I.e. 25% of the total back if you cancel before the final balance is due. We advise guests to secure tickets before booking accommodation.

What is the deposit required?

When will I need to pay my balance?
We will email you towards the end of March 2020.

Can I pay in instalments?
We’re afraid not.

What time is check in / out?
Check-in Midday on Wednesday 24th. Check out 11am on Monday 29th

If I don’t want the tent for all 5 nights is it cheaper?
Because we can’t re-let the room for vacant nights, I’m afraid not. It’s the same price no matter how many of the 5 nights you use it for but it will be ready and waiting for you when you arrive.

Can I arrive at any time?
You can arrive any time from check-in time. We do close reception at around 10pm but we try to make arrangements for late check-ins.

Can I bring alcohol and food in with me?
Yes - once only on arrival for personal use.

Will there be a bar / food?
Yes – Blacks the private members club will be providing the bar and restaurant in the hotel. Plus we’re planning to have a more informal café style offer in a separate outlet for guests wanting to ‘grab and go’ or sit in a more informal setting.

Are the toilets / showers open 24 hours a day?
Yes – hot showers and fresh water toilets are available 24 hours a day and cleaned regularly. Plus, because we store our own water on-site we’re less exposed to the issues associated with significant numbers of additional people taking water from the mains supply!

Can friends visit who aren’t staying at The Pop-Up Hotel?
We’re afraid not – this is to make sure that the infrastructure doesn’t come under unnecessary pressure. We do sometimes allow for a small number of pre-arranged visitors during off-peak times. Off-peak is classed as 12.30 onwards on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Can I bring a kettle or mini fridge?
The power supplied in tents is only suitable for charging devices.

Can I plug a hairdryer / straighteners into the power in my room?
We’re afraid not but they’ll be a shared space for you to do this in.

Can I bring a gas or standard bbq?
We’re afraid not.

Can we bring a fire pit?
I’m afraid not.

Do you provide lockers for valuables?
We advise guests not to bring valuables if possible.

Will there be help available to carry my luggage?
Our concierge team will be available to help you with your luggage.

Can I park next to my room?
We’re afraid not. Our car-park field is adjacent to the hotel field so you can visit your car easily during the weekend.

Will there be water points to fill water bottles?
Yes there will.
