Are there private showers for my household group?
Yes you can book a private shower and loo reserved for your group only, that is locked with access for your group only during your stay. These are deep cleaned between breaks and cleaned very regularly during your stay. Private bathrooms are limited and are an additional fee of £169 per stay.

Can I reserve a room without payment?
We’re afraid not

What time is check in / out?
Check-in is 4 pm on a Friday or a Monday
Check out is 10 am on a Friday or a Monday

Can I have my tent for less nights?
Because we can’t re-let the room for vacant nights, we’re afraid not. It’s the same price no matter how many of the nights you use it for but it will be ready and waiting for you when you arrive

Can I request to be sited with friends?
We will make best endeavour to locate groups in close proximity based on request

Can we pre-book meal packages and activities?
Meal reservations can be booked prior to arrival. We will contact guests to outline how this can be done

Can I arrive at any time?
You can arrive any time from 4pm

Will there be help available to carry my luggage?
Our team will be available to help you with your luggage

Can I park next to my room?
We’re afraid not. Our car-park field is adjacent to the hotel field so you can visit your car easily during your stay

Can I bring alcohol and food in with me?
There is no self-catering allowed. Please enjoy the Pop-Up teams offering

Will there be a bar / food?
Yes – We will be providing the bar and restaurant in The Pop-Up Hotel – it will be open from breakfast till late

Can I bring a gazebo / pup tent?
Unfortunately not

Are the toilets / showers open 24 hours a day?
Yes – hot showers and fresh-water toilets are available 24 hours a day and cleaned regularly throughout the day

Will there be power in my room?
Some room types do have power (please check room description) - for those that don’t please bring solar powered power packs or, alternatively, hire them from us

Are there fridges available for food / drink / medicine?
Not for food and drinks – unfortunately we do not allow self-catering. Should you need refrigeration for medicines, please contact our team

Can I bring a gas or standard bbq?
We’re afraid not

Can we bring a fire pit or will there be communal fire pits for guests to sit around?
We’re afraid not

Do you provide lockers for valuables?
We’re afraid not

Will there be water points to fill water bottles?

Will there be wifi?
There is no dedicated WiFi on site, but there is 3G /4G signal so you should be able to use mobile devices if you have data.

Can I book for my teenage children if I’m not planning to join them?
At least one member of the group has to be at least 25 years old

Can friends visit who aren’t staying at The Pop-Up Hotel?
We’re afraid not – this is to make sure that the infrastructure doesn’t come under unnecessary pressure. Should friends and family wish to join you for meal in our bar or restaurant, this can be arranged through our booking system

Are there local amenities nearby?
Cadland has a plethora of water sports and activities and the local area including the New Forest has ample nature walks and activities at hand

I’ve seen pictures of beach huts – can we hire them?
Yes they can be booked as one of the rooms for The Pop-Up Hotel during our time at Cadland. www.hideawayspaces.co.uk offer bookings for the huts either side of our stay in the summer on a self-catering basis

Do you operate a noise cut off time?
Because this is a family site we ask that guests do not play music after 9pm or gather near other tents after 10pm

Can I bring my dog / pet?
Yes - a maximum of 2 well behaved dogs are permitted in a limited number of rooms. Please indicate that you wish to bring a dog when booking. Dogs should be kept on leads and owners must clean up after them. They are also not permitted on the beds or furniture. A security deposit will be required

Can we book a room or rooms for a single sex group?
We're afraid not

Do we need to follow the covid rules as it’s an outdoor venue?
