The Pop-Up Hotel and breathtaking Cadland Estate join forces to launch The Pop-Up At Cadland; a stunning sea-view glamping site with plush rooms, private beach, bar, restaurant and beach cabana.

Whilst the Covid19 pandemic has scuppered plans for overseas travel for many this summer, our outdoor  collaboration with the stunning Cadland Estate of the New Forest promises the ultimate UK staycation that will stay in guests' memories long after this unforgettable year is behind us.

The Pop Up at Cadland is far more than glamping in a beautiful location; think of it as a unique coastal collaboration with services and facilities that set it apart from any other glamping experience you’ll find in the UK this summer.

Not an airbed or sleeping bag in sight - the beautiful canvas rooms all contain a real mattress with fresh crisp linen, fluffy towels and toiletries. There are some nods to the traditional camping experience with shoreside campfires and impeccably sanitised shared facilities. And those looking for more space and some extra home comforts can upgrade to an Emperor, an en-suite Safari or Tenthouse suite with its stylishly furnished living/dining area and multiple bedrooms. And if you don't opt for an en-suite room, you can book a private bathroom for the use of your group only.

From the comfort of their plush canvas tents, guests will be able to access room service via their phone. A tantalising menu has been created by celebrity chef Luke Thomas, using only the very best, local, sustainable, ingredients from New Forest suppliers and Cadland’s own Kitchen Garden.  A delicious menu (as well as cocktails, drinks, coffee and takeaway options) will be served from early until late, with guests and locals also given the option to enjoy a sit down, socially distanced, formal feast in the evenings, with the seaview and Cadland cut flowers to ease the senses.

Expect to find dishes like smacked cucumber and crispy duck dressed in pomegranate hoi-sin, wood fired spiced roast Cauliflower caesar, or a dry aged chuck-steak burger loaded with local crab and oozing smoked Lyburn Forest farm cheese. There will be freshly shucked rock oysters, wine from the local Hampshire vineyard and locally farmed meat cooked on an open-fire overlooking the Solent. Children’s cooking classes will be available at the weekends around a wood-fired oven where they will learn about local foraging and produce whilst cooking homemade pizzas.

The Cadland Estate is a historic and untouched seaside gem, a haven for nature and wildlife, positioned in an area of outstanding natural beauty.  The Estate’s rolling fields, idyllic shoreline, beautiful gardens (designed by ‘England's Greatest Gardener’, Capability Brown) and sights over the Solent combine to make Cadland a perfect staycation spot. Tucked away on the shores of the English Coast, surrounded by the New Forest, it's only 1.5 hours by car or train from London. Peace and tranquillity so close to the city.

Guests will have access to many local water sports including sailing, paddle boarding, canoeing and windsurfing.  Those who prefer to keep their feet firmly on dry land will also be spoiled for choice with nature and conservation walks, the New Forest on their doorstep, local attractions, the restaurant and beach cabana.

The glampsite is large enough for us to cater for everyone in a safe and social distanced way, whether that is for a unique family get away, a romantic break for two or friends having an adventure after months of isolation. We have enough space at Cadland to make sure it’s an incredible experience for everyone.

Imagine your perfect summer day - paddle boarding before breakfast maybe, a wander in the woods, or watching the kids play on the beach. Add into the mix your favourite sundowner, delicious dining and sleeping under the stars and The Pop-Up at Cadland promises a pretty extraordinary summer.
